Jerrydental is operated by an individual seller in Germany. The business contact details above may be used for questions about the seller, contracts and consumer rights.

These terms cover ordinary online purchases of physical goods. Special services, subscriptions and standalone digital products require their own accurate terms. Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded.

1. Eligibility and accurate information

Orders must be placed by a person with the legal capacity or necessary consent to enter the purchase. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Age and capacity requirements are governed by applicable law.

2. Ordering and contract formation

Orders and Acceptance: When you submit an order, you request to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself necessarily mean that the seller has accepted the order. The point at which the contract is formed depends on the acceptance communicated to you and applicable law. Please retain the checkout and order emails; if you are unsure about the status of an order, contact us.

Before submitting a paid order, you must be able to review the essential product features, total price, delivery terms and withdrawal information and correct input errors. The final order control must clearly indicate the obligation to pay. We provide the contract confirmation and required information in a durable form as required by law.

3. Prices, availability and order changes

Prices displayed to customers include taxes and other mandatory price components where legally required. Any applicable sales taxes, VAT treatment, import duties or other charges must be presented in accordance with law and the actual checkout terms. Review the total payable and currency shown at checkout before submitting the order. After a contract has been concluded, changes to the agreed price or cancellation require an applicable legal or contractual basis. Material stock or pricing errors are handled transparently with any required refund or other remedy.

Delivery is described in the Shipping Policy. Available payment methods and the amount to be charged are shown during checkout. Discounts must have accurate disclosed conditions; they do not remove mandatory rights.

4. Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or interfere with another customer’s use. Content rights remain with their respective owners. Reasonable restrictions on website use do not restrict your lawful use of purchased goods or consumer remedies.

5. Statutory rights and liability

Withdrawal and statutory defect remedies are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes mandatory liability, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, applicable product liability or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory warranty and liability rights remain fully effective; no general disclaimer or order-value cap overrides them.

6. Law and dispute resolution

German law applies to these Terms, without depriving consumers of otherwise mandatory protections. A choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply to them. Any jurisdiction provision must respect applicable consumer jurisdiction rules; no exclusive distant court or mandatory private arbitration clause is imposed.
